This booking is made on the basis of the tour description and rates and dates. I accept the terms and conditions of Motocadia Motorcycle Tours Lda. for all tours including motorcycle rental for those tours as legally binding for this contract. As a participant of an Motocadia Motorcycle Tours Lda. I am aware that motorcycling is a great sport, but that it can also be dangerous. I am aware that traffic conditions, road, weather and other conditions as well as the actions of other tour members can influence the risks involved. I accept those risks. I am aware that riding the motorcycle on an Motocadia Motorcycle Tours Lda tour does not affect my sole responsibility for keeping the motorcycle under control, selecting the proper speed and roads and adhering to the group travel rules. I am an experienced, responsible and healthy motorcyclist with a valid motorcycle driverâs license. As a passenger I am aware of the possible dangers of the sport.
